Snatch Push Press+OHS X 4

Do one snatch push press plus 1 OHS, then complete 3 more times per set.

Complete three sets of that 4 rep complex, building each set.

Split Jerk

E2MOM 12:

1 rep, building to find a 1RM for the day.

Halting clean DL X 3 reps

5 sets of three reps at 95% to 105% of 1RM clean. Pause for 2 seconds below the knee on each lift.
