1) 2 wall walks

2) 14 DB Snatches (55/35)

3) 6-8 ring dips

100 ft bearhug sandbag walk (150/100)

A good substitute if these bags are too heavy would be two kettlebells in the front rack position, or two 40 pound sandbags, bearhugged.
