Metcon (No Measure)

E2MOM 10:

7 ring dips

14 strict DB Presses (7 each arm 35/20)

This is not a race, focus on quality of movement.

Metcon (4 Rounds for reps)

4 sets:

2 minute AMRAP:

1 minute assault bike for calories (LEGS ONLY)

1 minute single-arm KB deadlift (70/53)

2 minute rest

You may use either arm you’d like and switch off as often as you’d like. Score is cals+reps across 4 rounds.

3 sets:

12 ring rows

Rest 1 minute
