EMOM 10:

1) 40 seconds of pistols (alternating)

2) 40 seconds of touch n go alternating dumbbell Snatches

NOTE: use the same modification standard you used for pistols last week and let’s get comfortable with the movement.

I’m not prescribing a weight for the Snatches. I want you to use a weight that you can comfortably transition at the top for several reps, and work on that technique.

Every minute on the minute for 12 minutes:

1) 30 seconds of box stepovers holding a dumbbell (55/35 any position)(20 inch box or less for all)

2) 30 seconds of burpees to a target
