NOTE: try to improve upon whatever modification you used last week, and whatever distance you walked last week.

5 min. AMRAP:

25 OH stationary lunges (45/25)

5 deadlifts (275/185)

Rest 3 minutes, then repeat.

10 minutes of static stretching
