9 minute EMOM:

1) DB lunge left x3/squatx3/lunge right leg x3 (55/35, DBs on shoulder)

2) 5-7 jumping bar muscle ups

3) 50 foot HS walk or 100 ft bear crawl

Metcon (2 Rounds for reps)

7 minute AMRAP:

15 KB Swings (53/35)


rest 3 minutes, then repeat.

take some time to stretch and mash the stuff that hurts, and just talk to eachother. Too much of our time is spent buried in our phones, so get some facetime with real human beings, IN PERSON.
