CrossFit Lifted – CrossFit

Don’t forget, we have 4 teams competing at the Block Battle at Block CrossFit this Friday and Saturday! Heat times on Friday are between 6:30 and 8:45, and heat times on Saturday are between 7:30am and 3:30pm, every hour and a half or so. If you can, please come out and support the competitors!
