10-15 of Snatch drill and demo (PVC pipe or 15# bar)

-stance and grip

– bar path and when to bend the elbows

-pulling through and pulling under

– chest up eyes forward

Metcon (5 Rounds for reps)

Every 3 minutes for 5 sets:

90 second AMRAP:

5 toes to bar (mod with kipping straight leg raises)

10 DB Push Presses (45/25)

Rest 90 seconds

Metcon (No Measure)

Partner plank challenge:


-Have to shake hands every minute on the minute

-first person to fall out of the plank loses

-winner gets to pick a nickname for the loser, to be used that day (please write it on the whiteboard and be creative)
