Metcon (No Measure)

skills and drills (all athletes):

press/push press technique (bar path, hip drive, multiple TNG, etc)

DB Snatch Technique (new athletes only)

NOTE: During the DB Snatch portion, experienced athletes may choose to do this instead:

Accumulate 75 DB Snatches using varying weights and techniques (this is a time for you to test how your body responds to different techniques with lighter and heavier loads) NOT FOR TIME.

Metcon (3 Rounds for reps)

Every Minute on the minute for 9 minutes:

1) max effort assault bike x 60 seconds

rest 30

2) max effort goblet lunges


rest 30

Metcon (No Measure)

5 sets:

QL/Oblique Side and Posterior Stretch

Hold 10 seconds on left, 10 seconds to the rear, 10 seconds right
