Metcon (No Measure)

Skill work:


1) HSPU/HS walk

2) Rope climbs

3) toes to bar

Try to use each minute to get some reps in for 30 to 40 seconds. Work on different techniques (kipping in HSPU, foot holds in rope climb, multiple toes to bar without pausing, etc)

Metcon (Time)

5 rounds for time:

10 deadlifts (155/105)

10 one-armed dumbbell squats (55/35)(dumbbell on shoulder)

50 double unders

11 minute cap.

Metcon (No Measure)

4 sets:

20 second left side plank

Rest 10 seconds

20 second right side plank

Rest 10 seconds
