1) 7-10 HSPU

2) 10 pistols

NOTE: use mods as needed on both. Try to use the same mods on HSPU as the ones you used last week, but improve upon rep count.

Metcon (AMRAP – Rounds and Reps)

10 minute AMRAP:

10 push presses (95/65)

25 double unders

100m run

Metcon (No Measure)

3 sets:

Single leg, single arm reach with 2 second hold x 5 reps each side

Rest 30 seconds after all 10 reps

NOTE: complete all 5 reps on one side before switching to the other. Hold on the flexed position (by coaches count) before recovering.
