Although this may look like a birthday workout, it’s actually a farewell workout. Dave is moving on to start into a career in the medical field. Although I couldn’t be prouder and happier for him, it is bittersweet for us. I’ve known Dave for several years, but only had the privilege to have him coach for me for 11 short months at Lifted South,

During that time he helped introduce me to a community that I now consider a part of my family. He has dedicated countless hours to this gym and community, and it will be impossible to forget that. Don’t be a stranger, Dave. We’ll see you around.
