If you aren’t interested in HS walks, complete 5 rounds:

100 ft bear crawl

3-5 wall walks

Sandbag clean over the shoulder (150/100)

6 minute AMRAP:

5 HSPU

5 sandbag cleans over the shoulder

Stretch and mobilize the hips
