Metcon (2 Rounds for reps)

Accumulate as many quality double reps as possible in 3 minutes

NOTE: if you are not proficient in double unders yet, use this time to practice and take tips from a coach.

At the 5 minute mark:

Accumulate as many seconds as possible in 3 minutes in a plank hold

NOTE: when you fail the plank, it does not mean you’re done. You can resume planking, just keep track of how many seconds you complete in 3 minutes (max score is 180 on this)

Metcon (1 Rounds for calories)

3 sets:

2 minute max calorie assault bike

1 minute rest

2 minute max calorie row

1 minute rest

Score is total calories.

Metcon (No Measure)

2 sets: 15 single arm Russian KB Swings each arm (53/35)

30 second rest
