Metcon (Weight)

3 sets:

Seated unsupported dumbell press x 10 reps

Rest 30 seconds

30 handstand hold

Rest 30 seconds

This should be done with a weight that you’re fairly confident you can move unbroken each time.

Metcon (AMRAP – Reps)

10 minute AMRAP:

100m run

100 ft. Double kettlebell front rack walk (55/35)

Please use dumbbells if there are not enough kettlebells.

Every completed round is worth 4 reps (2 for the run, 2 for the walk)

Metcon (No Measure)

2 sets:

10 calories arms only assault bike

10 calories legs only

Rest 1 minute
