The dumbbell thruster

-where to hold it

-transition from squat to press


Progressions (to the box/to the ball/banded, etc)

Metcon (4 Rounds for time)

Every 3 minutes for 12 minutes:

15 KB Swings (70/53)

9 box jumps (30/24)

Metcon (No Measure)

Perform 30 seconds of each movement in the video below (3 movements) on the right quad, with 30 seconds rest in between, then perform on the left quad.
