5 minutes of double under practice and tips

10 minutes of bar muscle up discussion/practice and modification

Metcon (3 Rounds for reps)

Every 5 minutes for 15 minutes:

1) 15 ring dips

2) 15 toes to bar (kipping straight leg raises)

3) 15 DB Snatches (55/35)

4) 12/9 calorie assault bike ride

5) rest

Score is completed repetitions, with a max score of 57 each round (ladies, if you score 9 on the assault bike, please count as 12 when logging in WODIFY)

Metcon (No Measure)

3 sets:

30 second couch stretch right leg

30 second couch stretch left leg

1 minute of seated PVC pass throughs (bring hands as close as possible without unlocking the elbows)

Rest 1 minute
