CrossFit Lifted – CrossFit
10-15 minutes HS WALK progressions (spotting with a partner, leaning, etc.) and pistol progressions (boxes, balls, etc.)
Metcon (5 Rounds for time)
Every 2 minutes for 5 sets:
100m SPRINT (needs to be FAST)
15 jumping squats
Record time for each of the 5 sets.
200 ft. Sandbag bearhug (as heavy as possible! Switch off with a partner!)
