7 backsquats at 65-70%

New athletes: if you don’t have an established 1RM, please use a weight you can move through with minimal pauses

Metcon (Time)

25 rounds for time:

5 sit-ups

4 DB Snatches (35/25/15)

3 burpees

20 minute cap.
