EMOM 12:00:

1) 6-10 pull-ups

2) 10-12 DB Push press (same weight as last week)

3) 10-15 push-ups

Adding intensity. Score the weight you used on the dumbbell.

Metcon (Time)

5 rounds for time:

2 rope climbs (3 rope planks)

8 burpees

16 med ball squats (20/14/10)

5 sets:

45 second plank hold

30 second rest
