CrossFit Lifted – Tsunami Water Polo



Every 2 minutes for 12 minutes:

3 deadlifts at 80%+20 pounds

If you have not deadlifted before, today will be a day to work on form and technique

Metcon (AMRAP – Reps)

Every 8 minutes for 24 minutes:

3 minutes of max wallballs (20/14/10)

3 minutes of max cal assault bike

Rest two minutes

Score is total reps
