3 wallballs (20/14/10)

6 KB Swings (44/35/26)

9 sit-ups

100m run

Metcon (No Measure)

3 sets:

Banded pec extensions x 20 reps

Ring bicep curls x 8-10 reps

Rest 30 seconds
