Warm up:

Dont drop the ab mat

(Balance ab mat on a single hand, if someone knocks it our of your hand, do five burpees. No thumbs allowed, one hand only)

Cindy (AMRAP – Rounds and Reps)

20-Minute AMRAP of:
5 Pull-ups
10 Push-ups
15 Squats

Metcon (No Measure)

Tabata alternating:

10 sets:

1) flutter kicks

2) plank hold
