Every 2 minutes for 12 minutes:

4 deadlifts at 75% of your 1RM

If you have not deadlifted before, today will be a day to work on form and technique

3 sets:

3 minutes ME squats

2 minutes ME sit-ups

2 minutes ME burpees

1 minute rest
