Back Squat

Take 5 minutes to build to 73%

Then E2MOM 6:

10 reps at 73%

Metcon (Time)

5 rounds for time:

300m run

10 burpees

10 power cleans (95/65)

14 minute cap.

Metcon (Weight)

200m pinch grip farmers carry (plate in each hand)

Use only your index and middle finger, along with your thumb. It may be difficult, so take your time.
