5 front squats at 106% of your 10-RM

Metcon (Time)

4 rounds for time:

16 front rack stationary DB Lunges (55/35)

8 DB Power cleans

16 burpees

16 minute cap.

Metcon (No Measure)

3 sets:

Partner weighted plank hold X 45 seconds (55/35)

Partner places weight on partners back, watches the clock for 45 seconds, removes weight, then they switch.
