Then E2MOM 6:

10 reps at 78% (3% heavier than last week)

50 Rds for time:

2 box jump (24/20)

1 thruster (95/65)

17 minute cap.

Metcon (Weight)

3 sets:

100 ft. SB bear hug (3 squats at half way point and finish)

NOTE: do these as heavy as possible, while maintaining the bags in the front carry position. Each bag weighs 40#.
