Front Rack Lunge

E2MOM 10:

10 lunges at 65% of your back rack lunge (5 each leg)

NOTE: this is based off of last weeks back rack lunge, but it is done in the front rack.

Burpee box jump overs (regional standards)(24/20)*

*50 double unders after every set

13 minute cap.

Metcon (No Measure)

6×7 strict pull-ups

NOTE: Please stick to last weeks modifications. Remember, the whole point of these is to continue to progress towards an unassisted pull-up.

Please add weight or do strict chest to bar if these are not challenging enough for you
