E2MOM 10:

8 lunges at 70% of your back rack lunge (4 each leg)

Metcon (AMRAP – Rounds and Reps)

10 minute AMRAP:

200m run

12 push presses (115/75)

Metcon (No Measure)

6x5strict pull-ups

NOTE: you should attempt to decrease the amount of band assistance you’re using this week. The reps have dropped by two, so take advantage and push yourself to the next level.

Please add weight or do strict chest to bar if these are not challenging enough for you
