Every 90 seconds for 6 sets:

4 reps at 75%

Metcon (AMRAP – Rounds and Reps)

8 minute AMRAP:

8 stationary goblet lunges (53/35)

8 toes to bar

100m run

NOTE: the 100m run is worth 2 reps (every 50 meters)

Metcon (No Measure)

5×5 unbroken strict pull-ups

1 minute rest in between sets

Please use whatever banded modification you need to make sure these stay unbroken
