10 minutes of squat clean demo and technique (first pull, full extension, pulling under, foot position on start/finish positions)

15 minutes to find a 1RM Squat clean.

Metcon (AMRAP – Reps)

13 minute AMRAP:


Wallballs (20/14)

Deadlifts (135/95)

Double unders

When you get through the round of 9, start over.

Metcon (2 Rounds for reps)

2 sets:

ME Strict pullups

Rest 1 minute

Please use a modification that allows you to get at least 8-10 pullups on your first set.
