Remember this is training. If your back rounds and you lose proper form, terminate the set and lower the weight.

45 sec ME box jump (24/20)

15 sec rest

45 sec ME KB Swing (53/35)

15 sec rest

45 sec ME Assault bike for cals

Rest 75 seconds
