200m run after round of 70,50, and 30.
PENALTY: Each time the ball hits the ground mid-set, you must complete a 100m penalty run before continuing.
15 minute cap.
At the 17 minute mark:
30 push presses (135/95)
4 minute cap.
Every two minutes, building in weight to a heavy single on the last set:
Log your heaviest single.
