Wallball Biathlon


Unbroken wallballs (20/14)

200m run after round of 70,50, and 30.

PENALTY: Each time the ball hits the ground mid-set, you must complete a 100m penalty run before continuing.

15 minute cap.

At the 17 minute mark:

Metcon (Time)

30 push presses (135/95)

4 minute cap.


Every two minutes, building in weight to a heavy single on the last set:

Log your heaviest single.


Excellent results! Corey (top) and Tabitha (bottom) have both been hard at work. Corey has been in CrossFit classes here at Lifted for 9 months now, and Tabitha has been in our bootcamp for 3 months. No secrets, no magic pills, just consistency and good old fashioned hard work. Great job ladies!
