Hang Power Clean

All athletes:

10 minutes of hang power clean technique (foot and hand position, unbroken touch n go, bar path, dip/drive, extension and catch with high elbows.

Spend the following 10-12 minutes building to a 1RM.

Metcon (AMRAP – Reps)

Every 3 minutes for 15 minutes:

200m run

ME wallballs (20/14) until 2:00

Rest 1 minute

Score is total wallballs completed.

Metcon (No Measure)

200m front rack double kB carry (53/35)
