Every two minutes for 16 minutes:

1) 17 KB Swings (53/35)

2) 50 double unders

You get one point for every minute that you manage to complete, with a max score of 16. Singles will be 50 as well.

100m farmer carry (as heavy as possible)

Rest 90 seconds

NOTE: there are two sets of farmer carry handles near the back platforms in the upright bar holder for those that REALLY want to go heavy.
