Hang Power Clean

Every 90 seconds for 5 sets:

2 at 90-92%

Experienced athletes, if you are comfortable with this movement and the listed percentages, please take the next 5-7 minutes building to the weight you plan on using.

New athletes:

Please use the next 10-12 minutes to work with the coach on form and technique while the experienced athletes complete the percentage work

Metcon (2 Rounds for reps)

6 minute AMRAP:

3 toes to bar

6 pull-ups

9 KB Swings (53/35)

Rest 2 minutes, then repeat.

Metcon (No Measure)

3 sets:

50 hand plank shoulder taps

Rest 1 minute

These should be done at a high rate of speed, and with as little lower body movement as possible.
