2 power snatches + 4 OHS at 75% (5% heavier than last week)
NOTE: If you have not tested the Power snatch + OHS complex, please find your heaviest of that complex today. If this is your first time doing either movement, work with a coach on dialing in form and mechanics and do not worry about weight.
6 rounds for time:
10 box jump overs (30/24)
15 DB squats (55/35, single dumbbell on the shoulder, one dumbbell per athlete)
15 minute cap.
Please add one second to the cap time for every rep not completed.
200m waiter walk using the same dumbbell you used in the workout (100m each arm)
