Every 2 minutes for 10 minutes:

5 deadlifts at 75%

Metcon (AMRAP – Rounds and Reps)

6 min. AMRAP:

3 wallballs (20/14)

3 power cleans (115/75)

6, 6

9, 9

Etc.

As high on the ladder as possible in 6 minutes

Rest 3 minutes, then:

Metcon (Time)

For time:

30 wallballs (20/14)

30 power cleans (115/75)

6 minute cap

Cash out

2 sets:

100m unbroken sandbag bear hug (2-3 bags men/1-2 bags women)*

Rest 90 seconds

*Alternate with a partner
