2 power snatches + 3 OHS at 80% (5% heavier than last week)

NOTE: If you have not tested the Power snatch + OHS complex, please find your heaviest of that complex today. If this is your first time doing either movement, work with a coach on dialing in form and mechanics and do not worry about weight

Metcon (Time)

For time:

70 box jump overs (24/20)

400m run

50 stationary lunges

400m run

70 KB Swings (53/35)

17 minute cap.

Metcon (No Measure)

3 sets:

20 elbow jacks

Rest 1 minute

Start in a plank position, jump your feet out as you lower your hips to the ground, jump your feet back in and return to a plank position (tempo and foot position should be similar to a jumping jack)
