Every 90 seconds for 8 sets:

1-2: 4 at 70%

3-4: 3 at 80%

5-6: 2 at 85%

7-8: 1 at 88%

Metcon (3 Rounds for reps)

3 sets:

5 minute AMRAP:

5 DB Hang power clean and push press each arm (5 then 5, 55/35)

10 toes to bar

15 double unders (30 singles)

Rest 2 minutes

Metcon (No Measure)

3 sets:

Partner weighted plank hold x 45 seconds (55/35)

Rest 60 seconds

NOTE: at 3, 2, 1 GO partner will place the plate on working partners back, then remove it for them at the 45 second mark, then partners will switch.
