10 minute barbell cycling technique:

Push press

3 minute EMOM:

1 power clean + 10 push presses (up 10#s from last week)

Metcon (2 Rounds for reps)

Every minute on the minute for 16 minutes:

1) 15 wallballs (20/14)

2) 10 alt. DN Snatches (55/35)

Score is completed rounds for each (Max score will be 8 for each movement)
