CrossFit Lifted – CrossFit

5×3 overhead squat

Every 2.5 minutes for 5 sets:

3 overhead squats at 85%

5×3 deadlift

Every 2 minutes, for 5 sets:

3 deadlifts at 85%

This will be our last week of the cycle, we will retest 1RM maxes next week.

Front squat (205/145)(from the ground)

Example: first round is 10 HSPU, then 5 front squats. Second round is 8 HSPU, then 4 front squats, etc.

5 minute cap.
