Brief demo and skillwork on toes to bar/knees to elbow knees to chest and wallballs (new athletes)

Keep Cindy on her toes (AMRAP – Rounds and Reps)

20 minute AMRAP:

5 toes to bar

10 HR pushups

15 wallballs (20/14)

Metcon (No Measure)

3 sets:

45 second medball bear hug stationary march (choose weight)

Rest 45 seconds

Immediately into:

Metcon (Weight)

200m farmer carry (as heavy as possible)
