CrossFit Lifted – CrossFit

Helen is one of my favorite WODs to test. I believe it is a great overall test of fitness, putting gymnastics, conditioning, and your ability to move weight quickly and efficiently all in one WOD. Show up and have some fun! It’s transition week!

Helen (Time)

3 Rounds for time of:
400m Run
21 Kettlebell Swings, 53# / 35#
12 Pull-ups
15 min. cap

Deadlift (6 x 6 at 65-70%)
