Five Rounds for time:
20 Pull-ups
30 Push-ups
40 Sit-ups
50 Squats
*3-minute rest after each round*
40 minute time cap (total time on a running clock)

NOTE: Please keep track of your times on each of the individual 5 rounds for 5 individual scores.

Do not underestimate this workout. If done properly, you will be miserable around the 3rd round. Push your limits.
