Brief demo on pull-up modifications, box jump modification (height and step ups), and proper range of motion for all other movements.

Jolly 51 (Time)

For Time:

200m run

51 pull-ups

200m run

51 air squats

200m run

51 push-ups

200m run

51 box jumps (24/20)

200m run

51 dips


51 sit-ups

200m run

51 burpees

200m run

30 minute cap.

Tricep dips will be done from the edge of your box, and should pass below 90 degrees of your elbow each time. For more difficulty, you may place plates under your feet, or another box under you feet.
