Every minute on the minute for 18 minutes:

Min 1) 50 double unders (100 singles)

Min 2) 10 toes to bar (15 knees to chest)

Min 3) 1 rope climb (2 planks)

NOTE: your goal here should be to stick to the same number of reps on each movement throughout the entire workout. Pick a number of reps for each movement and attempt to accomplish that each time. Score the number of reps completed for each 3 minute cycle (max score is 61)
