DBAB (AMRAP – Rounds and Reps)

20 minute AMRAP:

3 rope climbs

70 double unders

16 KB Swings (70/53)

At the 25 minute mark:

1600m run (12 minute cap)

AJ probably doesn’t know this, but 3-7-16 was his start date at this gym, and what an amazing journey it’s been for him, and for us. I’ve personally seen AJ make huge improvements in not only his waistline, but overall strength and attitude. “DBAB” is a phrase that he chooses to write on his white board before every workout, for motivation. I’ll let you ask him what it means.
