Many of you have been around long enough that you did many of the open workouts from last year. Regardless if you sign up or not, we will be programming the open workouts every Friday once the open begins in late February. The open essentially is the first stage in qualifying for The CrossFit Games and consists of five weeks of competition with one workout to be performed each week. It is a great way to test your fitness and assess your scores with your friends at the box, as well as everyone else around the world. I encourage each and everyone of you to sign up, it’s truly a great experience and you will enjoy it! Ask any of your coaches if you have questions!
