This past Saturday we had a few of our members and coaches throw down at the Battle in the Pass competition at CrossFit Covert. We had competitors in each division and everyone represented CF Lifted with pride. Thank you to everyone who came out to support! We are still waiting on the final results but we did have a few podium finishes. Eddie placed first in the intermediate division, Desiree tied for 3rd in the RX division and Marilyn and Alex placed 3rd in the scaled division. We are very proud of all of our competitors!
